Here a super quick post on two fast/healthy/easy breakfast ideas for those of you that aren’t about dat egg life.
A better source of carbs than ya Frosties… Flavoured yogurt, granola and fruit.
You can literally whack them all in a bowl and enjoy!
Top Tip: Make sure to check the nutritional values of your yogurt as 0% fat doesn’t necessarily make something a better option! Reason being, if it’s low in fat it will be higher in something else such as carbs (sugar.)
Some good fats! Wholmeal bagel with crushed avocado, chilli and lemon juice.
Easy peasy. Select the ripest most pretentious avocado from your local upmarket supermarket (lol just kidding, got mine at tesco.) Slice around the stone, pop it out and scoop the soft insides into a bowl. Crush with a fork while adding chilli flakes/lemon juice to taste (I added a lil salt and black pepper too.)
Now spread that smushy goodness all over your bagel. Perfect!
